01 General Provisions

These terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any dispute, the Bengali version will be considered authoritative. Banglasolt reserves the right to update these terms at any time, and notice of any changes will be posted on the platform.

02 Account Registration & Eligibility
To register an account with Banglasolt, the following conditions must be met. Providing false information or opening multiple accounts may result in all accounts being terminated and balances confiscated.

Deposit Policy
- Deposits are typically credited to your account within 30 seconds to 5 minutes
- If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact support within 24 hours
- Only deposit from a mobile banking number registered in your own name
- Deposits sent through third parties will not be accepted and will be returned
- No additional charges on deposits
Do not deposit into your account from someone else's number. Doing so may result in the funds being seized and your account temporarily suspended.
04 Withdrawal Policy
Withdrawing your winnings from Banglasolt is a simple and fast process. However, a few rules must be followed to keep things secure.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal
- Withdrawals can only be made to a mobile banking number registered in your own name
- Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500
- Maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000
- Once a withdrawal request is approved, funds are sent within 15–30 minutes
- In exceptional circumstances, processing may take up to 24 hours

05 Bonus & Promotion Terms

General Bonus Terms
- Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly
- Each bonus has its own wagering requirement (turnover condition) — typically ranging from 5x to 30x
- The welcome bonus applies to your first deposit only and can be claimed once per person
- Any detected bonus abuse will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings
- Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts will result in all accounts being closed
- Banglasolt reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
Free Bet Terms of Use
Winnings from free bets pay out net profit only (stake not included). Free bets can also be used on accumulator bets, provided the minimum odds per leg are 1.5.
06 Betting Rules
The following rules apply when placing bets on Banglasolt. Knowing them upfront will save you unnecessary trouble.
- Once confirmed, a bet cannot be changed or cancelled (except where the Cash Out feature is available)
- Pre-match bets will not be accepted after a match has started
- Odds in live betting can change at any time — the odds at the moment your bet is placed are final
- If a match is abandoned or postponed, the stake for that bet will be refunded
- Banglasolt reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds caused by a technical error
- Maximum winnings are capped at ৳50,000 per bet and ৳2,00,000 per day
The Cash Out feature lets you settle a bet — partially or in full — before the match ends. This feature is not available on all bets.
07 Prohibited Activities
Banglasolt is committed to maintaining a fair and balanced platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in permanent account closure:
- Opening or managing multiple accounts
- Opening an account using someone else's identity or personal information
- Betting using bots or automated software
- Odds matching, arbitrage betting, or system manipulation
- Bonus abuse or bonus farming
- Use of funds from money laundering or illegal sources
- Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems
- Harassing or defrauding other users
If any of the above activities are detected, the entire account balance will be confiscated and legal action may be taken.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
Banglasolt reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:
- Breach of Terms
- For providing false information
- Failure to complete KYC verification or submission of fraudulent documents
- If evidence of suspicious transactions or fraudulent activity is found
- At the user's own request (self-exclusion)
You can also contact support at any time to close your account. If you choose to close it voluntarily, any remaining balance will be refunded — however, bonus balances will be forfeited.
09 Responsible Gaming
